A Hi-Fi legend! Quad produces few but exceptional products. First introduced in 1953, the Quad II monophonic power amplifier is still part of the manufacturer’s catalog today.
Designed by Peter Walker, founder of Quad, the Quad II delivers 15 watts of power and uses the legendary KT66 tubes, which were later used by Jim Marshall to create another legend in the world of guitar amplification: the JTM45.
For a fully vintage "in-house" Quad system, these Quad II monobloc amplifiers can be paired with the Quad 22 preamplifier and the ESL 57 electrostatic panels.
